Exceptions are the photo of the bench, by Maria Ivanova on Unsplash, credited below it, the logos of our supporters, which belong to their organisations, and the faces in the voice message examples, generated by computer: they show no real person.

The site sets no cookie and writes nothing in your browser.

What we keep. On the discovery page: your e-mail address, your consent to be contacted again, the language of the page, the button that led you there, the versions of the page you were shown, the version of the text you accepted and the date. At the second step, if you give it: the delivery address (recipient's name, address, postcode, town).
Why, and on what basis. The e-mail address is used to contact you again about trying Amidou, with your consent. The delivery address is used to prepare the delivery you ask for: it carries out your request. Audience measurement and the access log help us improve and protect the site: our legitimate interest.
The e-mail address is needed to be contacted again; the delivery address is optional. No decision about you is made automatically.
Who receives them. Amidou, and its processors: Hetzner Online GmbH, which hosts our server; n8n, the automation tool installed on our server, which adds your e-mail address to our contact list; Airtable, which holds that list; Resend, which announces each sign-up to us by e-mail. The delivery address stays in our server's database.
Transfers outside the European Union. Airtable and Resend keep the data in the United States. Airtable covers this transfer with the European Commission's standard contractual clauses; Resend with the same clauses and its participation in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Audience measurement goes through Umami, installed on our server (stats.amidou.eu): it counts page views and clicks, without cookies.
The server that receives your visits keeps an access log, IP address included.
We keep your e-mail address and your consent for 36 months after our last exchange with you or your last action on the site; the delivery address is kept as long as your sign-up.
You may at any time access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict its processing, object to it, receive it in a common format (portability) and withdraw your consent. To do so, write to leo@amidou.eu or to contact@amidou.eu, or call 07 68 33 86 61.
